The Ishasha of Queen Elizabeth national park is dominated by candelabra trees with big branches that allow lions to hang up there. There are also the savannah word land trees like the acacia tress. Ishasha is the only part in east Africa where you can find the tree climbing lions with ease. The tree climbing lions are also located in Lake Manyara with in Tanzania; however, these lions here are had to track since they are few in number.

Ishasha is located in the south western rim of Queen Elizabeth national park in western Uganda. Ishasha has a magnificent land scape dominated by savannah woodland tree species like the huge fig trees, Coctus Trees, acacia trees among the rest.
